ExCITATION Crowdfunding Campaign

Voluntary Contributions

• All payments are treated as donations to support ExCITATION's ongoing development and operational costs.
• Donors do not receive equity, revenue-sharing, or other ownership rights.

No Refunds

• Donations are non-refundable, including partial or full cancellation of planned features.

Funding Outcomes

• The campaign goal is USD $7,000, enough to fund three months of development.
• When the goal is reached, we will start building the top-voted features that fit within that three-month timeframe and keep backers updated on milestones and release dates.
• If the goal is not reached, all funds will go toward keeping ExCITATION online (hosting, maintenance) and to delivering smaller improvements.

Development Discretion & Timeline

Feature scope, technical choices, and release schedules remain at ExCITATION's sole discretion. Estimated timelines are targets, not guarantees.

Transparency & Updates

We will post periodic progress updates to backers until donated funds are fully allocated.

Acknowledgement

• By donating, you acknowledge these terms and agree that your sole benefit is the continued availability and improvement of the ExCITATION extension.
• We may publicly thank donors (e.g., name or username) unless you opt out.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, UK.
