ExCITATION Crowdfunding Campaign
- Voluntary Contributions
- All payments are treated as donations to support ExCITATION’s ongoing development and operational costs.
- Donors do not receive equity, revenue-sharing, or other ownership rights.
- No Refunds
- Donations are non-refundable, including partial or full cancellation of planned features.
- Funding Outcomes
- The campaign goal is USD $7,000, enough to fund three months of development.
- When the goal is reached, we will start building the top-voted features that fit within that three-month timeframe and keep backers updated on milestones and release dates.
- If the goal is not reached, all funds will go toward keeping ExCITATION online (hosting, maintenance) and to delivering smaller improvements.
- Development Discretion & Timeline
- Feature scope, technical choices, and release schedules remain at ExCITATION’s sole discretion. Estimated timelines are targets, not guarantees.
- Transparency & Updates
- We will post periodic progress updates to backers until donated funds are fully allocated.
- Acknowledgement
- By donating, you acknowledge these terms and agree that your sole benefit is the continued availability and improvement of the ExCITATION extension.
- We may publicly thank donors (e.g., name or username) unless you opt out.
- Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, UK.
